Harper: happy 2nd birthday!

It doesn't seem that long ago I remember seeing posts from an old classmate, posts of a precious new baby girl, born premature.  It doesn't seem that long ago I remember pictures & updates of a tiny baby girl getting bigger, stronger & finally making it home.  All new life is precious, but I will never forget that drive home, myself being discharged, my son having to stay, so yes -I hold a special place in my heart for other preemie families, gravitating to & looking for those updates.I could hardly believe it when I got the message, a friend looking to get portraits for Little Miss Harper's SECOND Birthday!  I instantly had that flash of the preemie pictures & thinking woah hold up, 2 years old??  Already??  Let me tell you the honor & excitement to book that appointment & it can be fun to reconnect with people you grew up with =)From comparing our old house to their old house (shag carpet and all) to watching this family together, was more than a great, relaxing session & visit.  Watch out world because Miss Harper by no means took being preemie laying down!  She is just a 2 year old, potty training & all, that mommy & daddy will someday soon be able to purchase the "My honor student can kick your honor students butt" bumper sticker!  Ha ha.  With that said, and at risk of boring you to death with all the details of my never ending thoughts, this family has the IT factor; love, laughter, togetherness, support & hello good looks!Thank you, for sharing your family with me & I look forward to many more visits!!Here's Harper Olivia, the wonderfully trained Veda & Joplin with a side of Mommy  & Daddy ....Sami
